The deadline for registration is  September 15, 2017. The fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch buffets, and the gala dinner.

Early bird fee (Payment prior to Friday 8 September 2017)

  • Academic Presenters: €300
  • PhD Students: €250
  • Professionals: €350

Full fee (Payment received after Friday 8 September 2017)

  • Academic Presenters: €350
  • PhD Students: €300
  • Professionals:  €400

The accompanying person fee: €150 (this fee is intended for person who wants to accompany a participant to the conference's gala dinner, but who will NOT be participating in the scientific program) 

 

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

To register with the confrence, please click REGISTER, and then proceed to pay the appropriate registration fee either by Bank Transfer or by Credit Card/PayPal.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

50% of the conference fee will be charged to all registered individuals who withdraw prior to the registration deadline (15 September 2017). No refunds are available on or after that date.
