The conference venue in the International University Campus (Linh Trung Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City) is about 20km from the city center. We have shuttle bus to pick you up in the morning and afternoon (place to be defined near Nguyen Hue Blvd, District 1).

Transport

Getting to the city center from the airport

• Bus: Bus 109 which require a short walk from the airport terminal to bus stations on ground floor, with good signage in yellow. No reservations are required.
• Taxi: Taxis await you on the ground floor at the airport car parking. Approximately 10 km = 240,000 VND = 12 USD each way, from/to airport and an exact address (cash in VND only)

City transport: Taxi Mai Linh (+84 28 3838 3838), Taxi VinaSun (+84 28 3827 2727) or Uber/Grab

Notes:

• Applicants must enter Vietnam at one of three international airports: Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi, Tan Son Nhat Airport in Ho Chi Minh City or Danang International Airport in Danang.

• You can also apply Visa on Arrival.

You should exchange money before arrival or at exchanges counter at the airport on arrival (US $1 ~ 22,700.00 VND)

It is best to carry smaller notes. Debit and credit cards are widely accepted.

We recommend having around 2.000.000 VND in cash when you arrive in HCM City.
